For international shipments we always provide the tracking number.
However, often postal companies do not update web tracking information for unknown reasons [especially on US and Canada side]! In this case please use the tracking number we sent you and contact directly to your local post office’s customer service for the latest information;
Secondly, please note the following: due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, there will be significant delays in the delivery of parcels = this is our new reality, we are very sorry for that.
According to the application of Eesti Post AS, the delays are due to mixed transport methods, ie aircraft-truck-ship combinations.
In any case, please be patient, because all our customers – every single one, 100% have received their shipments – it can take longer than expected.
It is not in our power to speed up the transport of shipments.
